Item Priority

Lissandra wants Jeweled Gauntlet plus two AP items. Nashor's Tooth twice is a strong pairing since the attack speed lets her proc her freeze more often. Volibear is your itemized carry frontline: Bloodthirster, Sterak's Gage and Titan's Resolve keep him alive and dealing real damage in the middle of the fight. Braum and Ornn both go full tank, with Gargoyle Stoneplate core on both, paired with Warmog's Armor and either Ionic Spark on Braum or Sunfire Cape on Ornn.

Augment Priority

Since you're deliberately slow rolling levels instead of units, prioritise econ augments (anything that adds interest breakpoints or free levels) over combat augments in the first augment round. From stage 4 onward, pivot to anything that buffs Freljord, tank stats, or AP. A Freljord themed augment is close to an auto take here if you see it, since it's free stats on units you're already running.

Flex Slots and Early Placeholders

Kindred, Zilean, and Sejuani can be swapped out depending on the lobby, since they are flexible late additions rather than fixed pieces. Ashe and Anivia are cheap enough to hold items early before your core four are found, and Kobuko and Yuumi can fill the same role a little later once you are closer to your final level.

This page covers the Freljord Lissandra fundamentals. The full e-guide covers every transition, contested-lobby adjustment, and augment line piloting decision that separates a 4th from a 1st — the stuff that doesn't fit in a free writeup.
