Who we are
Choncc's Treasure is an independent, fan-run site. For any privacy question, get in touch via the Contact page.
What we collect
Contact form: if you use the Contact page, we collect your name, email address, and message, used only to respond to your enquiry. Guide downloads: downloading the free guide doesn't require an account, email address, or payment. We record that a download happened (a timestamp only), so we can see how many people have downloaded it, nothing that identifies who you are. Site analytics: we use Google Analytics to understand overall traffic: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. This is aggregated usage data, not tied to your name or contact details.
Who processes it
Resend (sending and receiving contact form emails), Supabase (database and file storage), and Google Analytics (site traffic analytics). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Contact form messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry. Download records contain no personal data, so there's nothing to delete on request beyond the count itself.
Your rights
If you're in the UK or EU, you have rights under GDPR to access, correct, or request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. In practice, this means anything you've sent us via the Contact form. Get in touch via the Contact page to exercise these rights.
Cookies
On your first visit, you're asked whether to accept or reject Google Analytics cookies. Nothing from Google Analytics loads until you accept, and you can change your choice at any time using the 'Cookie Preferences' link in the footer. If you log into the admin area of this site (site owner only), a separate session cookie is set to keep you signed in. This isn't set for regular visitors and isn't affected by the analytics choice above.
