How to Play
Feather & Forge slow rolls one-cost units at level 5, with Xayah and Varus as the two main carries. Get Ornn to three star as early as possible since he farms a bonus Artifact.
Core Units

Xayah
1-cost Carry

Varus
1-cost Carry

Ornn
1-cost Frontline

Rakan
1-cost Frontline

Lillia
4-cost Frontline

Tristana

Elise
2-cost Frontline

LeBlanc
2-cost Utility
Early Game
Rakan and Elise are cheap early frontline. Play toward level 5 and hold any Fae or Elderwood pieces you find.
Mid Game
Hold at level 5 and slow roll for Xayah, Varus, and Ornn copies. Leftover items go to Rakan once your core three are itemised.
Late Game and Final Board
This is a cheap, low-commitment plan best used as a floor pick in a lobby where five-cost comps are already ahead. Lillia and Tristana add late-game flexibility.
Best Items
Xayah wants Giant Slayer and Guinsoo's Rageblade; Varus runs Last Whisper and Infinity Edge; Ornn takes pure tank stats plus Crownguard.
Best Augments
Missed Connections I and Twin Guardians suit the early game; Early Learnings and Trade Sector II support the mid game; Golden Ticket and Baron's Lair close it out.
Positioning
Ornn, Rakan, and Elise wall the front. Keep Xayah and Varus in the back row.
Flex Units and Alternative Carries
Lillia, Tristana, and LeBlanc are the flexible late-game slots.
Strengths and Weaknesses
Very cheap and easy to execute. Its B tier rating reflects a genuinely lower ceiling than the A and S tier picks, so lean on it more as a safe floor than a first-place plan.
