Early Game
Diana, Brambleback, and Ancient Sentinel are cheap early frontline. Play a normal econ opening while banking toward level 7.
Mid Game
Hold at level 7 and slow roll for Rengar and Mama Beak copies. Leftover items can go to Aphelios as a tertiary damage source.
Late Game and Final Board
Rengar and Mama Beak together cover both a mobile assassin and a ranged attack-speed carry, giving this comp two ways to close out a round.
Best Items
Rengar wants Titan's Resolve and Edge of Night; Mama Beak runs Kraken's Fury and Guinsoo's Rageblade; Hecarim takes Sunfire Cape and Gargoyle Stoneplate.
Best Augments
Team Building and Slightly Magic Roll suit the early game; Heroic Grab Bag and Trade Sector support the mid game; Call to Chaos and Buried Treasures close it out.
Positioning
Hecarim, Diana, Brambleback, Ancient Sentinel, and Taric fill the frontline; Rengar himself can sit in a forward flank hex to jump into the backline as an assassin.
Flex Units and Alternative Carries
Aphelios is the flexible utility slot for leftover items.
Strengths and Weaknesses
An easy, cheap reroll with a genuine second carry in Mama Beak. Its ceiling is lower than the five-cost-heavy S tier picks, so it's best used as a reliable floor.
