Early Game
Play a normal opening and hold Scuttlecrab and Sejuani as cheap frontline while you build toward your roll-down. Caitlyn's long range means she doesn't need much support to start winning rounds even at one star.
Mid Game
Roll at level 6 to 7 for Caitlyn copies, then add Tristana and Vi as you level back up. Sivir slots in for the Hunter trait bonus without needing dedicated items.
Late Game and Final Board
A three star Caitlyn with attack speed items is a genuinely strong late game carry, and this comp's ease of execution makes it a reliable floor even in a lobby with stronger four and five cost comps.
Best Items
Guinsoo's Rageblade paired with Kraken's Fury is Caitlyn's core attack-speed stacking build; this dual item combination is close to universal across every source checked.
Best Augments
Econ augments that hand you extra gold or rerolls suit this comp well, since the whole plan runs on rolling early and often rather than any specific augment.
Positioning
Scuttlecrab, Sejuani, and Vi wall the front. Caitlyn wants the back corner with the longest possible sightline, since her range is her main advantage.
Flex Units and Alternative Carries
Ashe is a flexible fifth cost addition once you're at full levels; Sivir and Tristana are both swappable depending on what your lobby offers.
Strengths and Weaknesses
One of the easiest comps in the format to pilot, with a strong track record for consistent top four finishes. One tracker rates it a tier lower but explicitly flags it as rising, suggesting it may climb further as more games are played.
