A tier B TFT Set 18 ranked comp for patch 18.1: how to build it, which items and augments to prioritise, and how to position it.
RerollRivalAugment-Dependent
How to Play
Kha'Zix and Rengar share the Rival trait, which normally only rewards one of them at a time. This comp depends heavily on finding a specific augment that lets both benefit simultaneously; without it, the comp underperforms, which is why it sits at B tier despite one tracker rating the augmented version as high as S.

Kennen

Early Game
Diana is a cheap enough frontline body to hold from the start. Don't commit fully to this plan until you know whether the Rival-enabling augment is actually available in your game.
Mid Game
Roll for two star copies of whichever of Kha'Zix or Rengar you're leaning on. Aphelios and Ezreal add flexible damage and utility as you level.
Late Game and Final Board
With the right augment, both assassins can flank and burst the backline simultaneously. Without it, treat this as a single-carry comp with an extra bench piece rather than a true dual-carry plan.
Best Items
Edge of Night is close to mandatory on both Kha'Zix and Rengar, giving them the survivability to reach the backline and cast. Guinsoo's Rageblade and Titan's Resolve round out whichever of the two is your primary.
Best Augments
The comp's entire identity depends on a Rival-sharing augment; without it, treat this as a fallback single-carry Kha'Zix or Rengar comp rather than the full dual-carry version.
Positioning
Diana and Kennen hold the front. Kha'Zix and Rengar are both mobile assassins, so position them in flank hexes where they can jump to the backline rather than a fixed corner.
Flex Units and Alternative Carries
If the enabling augment isn't available, drop one of the two carries for a more conventional frontline or utility piece rather than trying to force the dual-carry plan.
Strengths and Weaknesses
Very high ceiling with the right augment, genuinely risky without it. This is a comp to pivot into opportunistically when you see the augment, not one to plan around from the start.
